Recommended Dosage
It is it prescribed that children between the ages of 3-7 years should consume 1 scoop and 1 softgel Omega with a meal. Children between the ages of 7-12 years should consume 2 scoops and 1 softgel Omega with a meal. Adults can consume up to 2 scoops and 2 softgel Omegas with a meal.
