Each 7 g scoop contains:
- Orafti® Synergy1 Prebiotic – 2200 mg

Providing 210 mg elemental calcium -
Magnesium Hydrogen Citrate – 625 mg
Providing 100 mg elemental magnesium - Vitamin D3 – 500 IU
- Vitamin K2 – 150 µg
- Maltodextrin – 1300 mg
Recommended Use
Take 1 scoop twice daily after a meal, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Mix into at least 200 ml of water and stir well until dissolved.
Warning: Individuals taking anticoagulant medication should avoid Vitamin K2 unless advised otherwise by their healthcare provider.
